We recently completed a round of surveys to our customers for key products. We were delighted with the results with satisfaction levels high. The surveys also provided an opportunity for qualitative feedback and suggestions for future change. Customer interaction is highly valued by our Product Managers and helps them to ensure we continue to deliver our customer needs within our Products. Regular engagement will continue during 2026.

The latest version of our Product Roadmaps have been completed and will be made available to customers at the beginning of March. Our roadmaps will illustrate our planned release dates for each of our products and key details about the content of each release. It’s an important planning tool for our customers to have long term visibility.
