Stuart Jackson
Head of Operational Resilience
Stuart joined C&C Group in 2007, bringing 17 years of expertise in the electricity industry to drive operational excellence. An ITIL v4 Practitioner, Stuart has helped shape several of the C&C Group’s core functions, including the establishment of the testing and ongoing enhancement of service delivery frameworks.

As Head of Operational Resilience, Stuart now leads the strategic development of business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) for all key services. His remit extends to managing C&C Group’s proactive monitoring and alerting functions, ensuring the robustness of day-to-day operations. Furthermore, Stuart continues to head the Electricity Market Entry offering, where he provides expert navigation for new entrants facing the complex qualification processes of key electricity code managers.
Craig Isted
Head of Data Services & Account Manager
Craig joined C&C Group in 2010 as Helpdesk Manager, bringing together a strong passion for technology and a talent for problem solving. His role soon progressed to Service Delivery Manager, where he focused on driving operational efficiency, exceeding customer expectations and aligning service performance with wider business objectives.
In 2020, Craig was appointed Head of the company’s newly established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) function. Over the following five years, he expanded the service from a two person team supporting a single customer to a ten strong team delivering solutions to fourteen customers. During this period, he also adopted a dual role as Account Manager for a number of clients across the Energy and Pharmaceutical sectors.
In 2026, Craig was appointed Head of Data Services, where he is now responsible for evolving the company’s data services and developing innovative offerings to expand the service portfolio and customer base. Alongside this role, Craig continues to act as Account Manager for customers across the Energy and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Craig is a certified ITIL advocate and is committed to consistently delivering a high quality service. Outside of work, Craig has two daughters and when he’s not working can be found hiding from them in his shed.
Colin Denny
Head of Quality Assurance
Colin joined C&C Group in 2013 and has been instrumental in developing and strengthening the company’s quality capability. Over the years, he has led the testing of many of C&C Group’s blue-chip products while continuously enhancing standards, governance, and delivery practices across the organisation.
In early 2020, Colin was appointed Head of Testing. In October 2024, he was promoted to Head of Quality Assurance, a strategic leadership role responsible for quality across the business. In addition to overseeing all testing activities, Colin now leads the Business Analysis function and is accountable for the ongoing development and implementation of C&C Group’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.

His role focuses on driving continuous improvement, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, standardising processes, and ensuring that C&C Group’s products and services consistently meet the highest levels of quality and customer expectation.
​
Prior to joining C&C Group, Colin began his career at Accenture, working on large, secure government systems. He holds an Honours Degree (BSc) in Computing and the ISTQB Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing.
Hazel Cotman
Head of BPO and Regulatory Affairs
Hazel joined C&C Group in July 2022 and is the Head of BPO and Regulatory Affairs. Since joining, she has spearheaded C&C Group’s strategic engagement with DNOs and IDNOs, ensuring the successful completion of System Integration Testing (SIT) and Qualification Testing for the Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) Programme.

Hazel brings over 25 years of industry experience, having previously held senior regulatory and registration roles across both the DNO and Supplier sectors. Her extensive track record includes delivering major regulatory programmes such as Faster Switching and the Smart Metering rollout.
Jason Scott
Head of Infrastructure
Jason joined C&C Group in September 2019, as the Infrastructure Manager with responsibility over our Internal technology and private cloud.

Jason has over 20 years’ experience within the IT industry, commencing in Desktop Support and progressing to IT Operations, Infrastructure technical support, and through to overall infrastructure management. Jason has spent a large portion of his career within NHS where the goal was to provide an IT service which was critical to patient safety and improving lives.
​
Jason’s primary responsibility is to maintain the C&C Group’s underlying private and public cloud platform, to sustain the ongoing availability of C&C Group’s core IT services. This is coupled with the onboarding of new services in support of the ongoing growth of C&C Group.
Jason has an Honours Degree (BA) within Product Design and graduated from Central Saint Martin’s School of Art and Design
Danni Isted
Head of HR
Danni began her HR career within the Facilities Management sector, before gaining the majority of her HR knowledge within the Nursing and Care industry. Working in the Nursing and Care sector provided exposure to many complex and diverse situations, which allowed Danni to gain a valuable and varied HR skill set.
Danni specialises in Employee Relations, Employment Law, Mental Health and Change Management.
Danni is fully CIPD qualified, obtaining her Advanced Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management in 2015.
Sarah Mower
Senior Relationship Manager
Sarah Mower joined C&C Group in July 2022, bringing a wealth of experience now spanning over 25 years in the energy industry. Before joining C&C Group, Sarah has worked in energy code management developing and implementing industry codes into business processes. Her diverse roles have included Operations Management in energy retail supply operations, Contract Management of third-party contracts, ensuring adherence to SLAs and fostering strong relationships and Project Management, delivering energy regulation and IT projects within energy supply businesses.

As the Senior Relationship Manager at C&C Group, Sarah serves as a primary point of contact for clients, overseeing contract management and ensuring seamless service delivery. Sarah is passionate about applying her knowledge and skills to support clients’ strategies.
Nick Double
Head of Information Security
Nick joined C&C Group in 2023 and is responsible managing the Information Security Team at C&C Group. As our Head of Information Security, he is responsible for leading the organisation’s security strategy, governance, and risk management.
He partners with engineering and business stakeholders to embed security into product development and day-to-day operations, strengthening our resilience across people, process, and technology. With a focus on pragmatic, risk-based security, Nick oversees security policy and controls, incident response readiness, security assurance, and ongoing compliance. He is also dedicated to building a strong security culture, helping teams make informed decisions and ensuring security supports, rather than slows, delivery.
Nick is certified as an ISACA CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), reflecting his expertise in security leadership, programme management, and aligning security outcomes to business priorities.
Tony Golder
Head of Product Management
Tony has spent the last 25 years delivering compelling technology solutions across a variety of business sectors. A technologist with experience of working at the highest levels within organisations he sees the great potential that exists within organisations to maximise their knowledge assets and people to combine within great solutions that can simplify complex problems.

Tony has worked around the globe and understands how differing cultures influence the expectations placed on solutions and adopts a flexible and inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement.

Tony’s focus now is on C&C Group’s Energy and Water product portfolio and ensuring that we deliver quality and develop exciting new solutions for our customers.
